Was lucky to have the nurse Amy to remove my Nexplanon. 3 days later a tiny dot scar and a bruise soo pale no one would notice! Very skilled and friendly, was understanding when I said why I didn't want it anymore and gave me other possible options if I didn't want to remove it soo soon. Thank you :D

While the care and concern of the nurse I saw was excellent, I had to wait for an hour to get a prescription signed by the doctor. This was poor service and a better way of bringing scripts to and from the doctor should be thought of.

I have been using this Surgery for ever !. I do not do not need to think if there is any thought of faults , as I have experienced none.- and I have a real experience of my health problems- as my Doctor says- there is a lot going on in me. I can only but say that attention to my problem at any one time is by any one member of the staff from Receptionist to Doctor including Practice Nurse and Phlebotomist is helpful, caring, and knowledgably carried out.
